These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FinCalc at calc.quietools.com ("the site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
FinCalc's calculators produce estimates for general informational and educational purposes only. They are built on standard, publicly documented formulas (such as the standard loan amortization formula and published IRS tax bracket tables), but they do not account for every variable that affects your actual financial situation — including your complete tax profile, state and local tax rules, lender-specific terms, fees, insurance underwriting, investment fees, or market volatility. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and no advisor-client or professional relationship is created by using the site. We do not warrant that the calculators will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial loss — arising from your use of the site or reliance on its calculations.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
